Welcome to the Ray Duncan Memorial Library

Ray Duncan (1911—1998)

W. Ray Duncan was born on April 30, 1911 in Hohenwald, TN. He was baptized in 1924 and married E. Lucille Fain on October 9, 1927. He began preaching the Gospel in Nashville, Tennessee in 1929.

His professional studies were in the University of Cincinnati. He authored three books, and did radio and TV preaching. He served churches in Ohio, Florida, California, and Georgia. Brother Duncan died in 1998. Internment was in the Magnolia Park Cemetery Mausoleum, Warner Robins, GA.

Informed about the Spring Bible Institute, Brother Duncan donated his personal library to SBI. At Brother Duncan's request, his library is kept separate and intact. The elders of the Spring church of Christ gladly honor Brother Duncan's request and appreciate his service to the kingdom and a life of faithful dedication to the cause of Christ.

May these books be used to further our study of God's Word and the knowledge gained used to expand the borders of the kingdom of Christ. We can think of no better way to show our appreciation to Brother Duncan for his generous gift.

Note: The Ray Duncan Memorial Library is waiting to be cataloged and documented. Please be patient and check back at a later date.

"Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit." (Ecclesiates 7:8)

And remember, the Bible is the standard for measuring every other book (John 12 :48; Colossians 3:17).
